I have read the entire Terms & Conditions of this Product, Usage, & Safety Disclaimer and agree to all its terms and conditions prior to ordering Odor-Away today online at Odor-Away.com. I have had the opportunity to ask questions and resolve any issues I might have with the owners, manufacturers, distributors, and agents of the Odor-Away product or Odor-Away.com LLC owner or agents prior to ordering. I agree to hold Odor-Away.com LLC and its owner and agents harmless for any financial or safety liability regarding product usage or safety in any regard. I understand Odor-Away.com LLC, its owners and agents have gone to extensive lengths to alert me to strictly adhere to usage directions highlighted on the Odor-Away.com website for the product but also safety directions and concerns when handling and using the product. I have made sure that any person who might handle this product that isn’t involved in its purchase today also completely understands and agrees to follow it usage and safety directions and that I personally accept full legal and financial responsibility for any usage or safety issues of the Odor-Away product while in possession of another person. Because I have read the usage and safety directions, I agree and have the authority to agree on behalf of the company, or business I work for or own, that I hold Odor-Away.com LLC and its owner and agents financially harmless for any safety related issue or product usage issue. Any damage to a vehicle or property while under my usage or direction of the product are strictly the financial responsibility of myself, the purchaser of the product. The Odor-Away.com name & Odor-Away.com website were created to sell and market chlorine dioxide packages to businesses, agents, and consumers. In no way does Odor-Away.com LLC agree with claims as to the validity of the manufacturing process or usage of the product. Odor-Away.com LLC relies solely on the integrity of the manufacturer & distributors as to any claims about the product or benefits to the end user. As the purchaser today, I hold Odor-Away.com LLC, its owner and agents financially harmless for any claims made by the manufacturers or distributors, as to this product.

I agree to strictly follow all safety and usage directions while handling this product or overseeing the handling of this product. I and on behalf of my company/business have the authority to hold Odor-Away.com LLC, its owner and agents financially harmless for any safety related issue or usage issue while handling this product. I understand and agree that at no time should any person be in a vehicle, RV, apartment, condo, etc... while the Odor Away, chlorine dioxide gas is treating the vehicle, RV, apartment, condo, etc... I also understand that I should allow enough time, up to two days, to completely air out the vehicle, RV, apartment, condo, etc... before allowing any person to safely occupy the vehicle, RV, apartment, condo, etc... after treatment with Odor Away 20G tablets.

I understand that I can use one 20G Odor Away tablet and dissolve the tablet into at least 3 gallons of water to treat pet stained carpeting and pads. I understand and agree to follow all usage and safety steps exactly when treating carpeting/padding in this manner. I understand and agree to always test this Odor Away solution on a piece of carpeting first to make sure it doesn't damage or stain the carpeting prior to treating carpeting/padding in this manner. I understand and agree to never use Odor Away in this manner if the carpeting has been previously treated with any other chemicals because this can cause the carpeting to be stained also. Odor-Away.com LLC, its owner and agents will not be financially responsible for any stains or damage to carpeting or flooring for any reason. Should I choose to have Odor-Away.com invoice me rather than pay immediately by credit card now,

I agree to pay the total amount due within 30 days of the invoice date provided by Odor-Away.com LLC by check made payable to Odor-Away.com LLC. I understand that if I don't pay the entire balance due within 30 days of the invoice date, I agree to pay any late charges, court costs, legal fees, and the total balance due associated with collection of the invoice for the Odor Away product I am ordering today.

I understand and agree once Odor-Away.com LLC has delivered the product to me that there are no refunds for any reason. I also agree to pay an additional $45 fee to Odor-Away.com if any check I have written to Odor-Away.com LLC is returned for insufficient funds. In addition to the additional $45 fee, I understand that I will have to now pay Odor-Away.com LLC by cashier check for the entire balance due plus $45 fee within 10 business days of the Odor-Away.com LLC acknowledgement of insufficient funds by email to me.

As part of my order today, I understand that I am receiving discounted pricing off the regular retail price. In exchange for this discounted pricing, I agree to allow Odor-Away.com LLC to use my business name, including management firm/parent company name when applicable, city & state where business is located, and logo on the odor-away.com website or in other marketing material.

This product is for re-sale only. Therefore, I accept full responsibility for the collection and payment of any applicable city, county, and/or state sales taxes.
I have the authority to agree to these conditions and terms and am at least 21 years of age in sound mind with no issues reading or understanding what I am agreeing to in this Product, Usage, and Safety Disclaimer.

By checking the box, I agree to not pursue any legal action whatsoever regardless of circumstance or usage issue with this product or any safety issue against Odor-Away.com LLC its owner or agents
